Both starting pitchers were lights out. Each made 1 mistake that led to 1 run each through 5.

We got going in the 6th, chasing Monty off, but they had a great couple defensive plays to hold us to just 1 additional run.

JV then started getting hit in the 6th, they got 2 on base, then Garcia hit a bomb. Acted like an absolute fool running around the bases, crowd going crazy, typical Dallas delta bravo stuff.

We trade a couple scoreless innings, pen on pen, but the umps literally gifted the Rangers a few base runners in the bottom 8th trying to seal it. There was an altercation, Garcia roid raged, they tossed Abreu, Dusty has enough of the bullchit (he's too old to take that) and he gets fired up for like 10 minutes, gets tossed too. Everyone was focused on all the wrong guys in the action - Garcia, Abreu, Dusty, others. Altuve set off to the side by himself and got those crazy laser eyes like he gets, he starts mumbling to himself in Spanish while staring down their closer over on the other bench. Never breaks his stare. Loose translation "there's my little *****".


After a nice 8th inning finish by Presley, Altuve comes up in the 9th with 1 out. Literally everyone who has ever seen this man play knew exactly what was about to happen. A 3 run murder strike happens, yet another closer trying to hold back the tears. Altuve professionally and quietly trots around the bases, like he does.

Presssley put a couple guys on in the bottom of the 9th just to make it hurt a little worse for the South Oklahomans. Then he ripped them apart, like he does.
