Not sure if serious, but

Both starting pitchers were lights out. Each made 1 mistake that led to 1 run each through 5.

We got going in the 6th, chasing Monty off, but they had a great couple defensive plays to hold us to just 1 additional run.

JV then started getting hit in the 6th, they got 2 on base, then Garcia hit a bomb. Acted like an absolute fool running around the bases, crowd going crazy, typical Dallas delta bravo stuff.

We trade a couple scoreless innings, pen on pen, but the umps literally gifted the Rangers a few base runners in the bottom 8th trying to seal it. There was an altercation, Garcia roid raged, they tossed Abreu, Dusty has enough of the bullchit (he's too old to take that) and he gets fired up for like 10 minutes, gets tossed too. Everyone was focused on all the wrong guys in the action - Garcia, Abreu, Dusty, others. Altuve set off to the side by himself and got those crazy laser eyes like he gets, he starts mumbling to himself in Spanish while staring down their closer over on the other bench. Never breaks his stare. Loose translation "there's my little *****".


After a nice 8th inning finish by Presley, Altuve comes up in the 9th with 1 out. Literally everyone who has ever seen this man play knew exactly what was about to happen. A 3 run murder strike happens, yet another closer trying to hold back the tears. Altuve professionally and quietly trots around the bases, like he does.

Presssley put a couple guys on in the bottom of the 9th just to make it hurt a little worse for the South Oklahomans. Then he ripped them apart, like he does.

My 14 mo. old baby girl got to come home from the hospital after a tough week fighting off a nasty case of RSV.

I'd like to think Altuve did it for my little Melissa. Thank you, 'tuve! And thank you to the 'stros for giving me a good way to be distracted from an otherwise overly stressful week.

Finish it this weekend! Go 'stros!

Altuve shouldn't be bunched with with Biggio and Bagwell. His stats and clutch hits put him above and beyond them. He's the greatest Astro ever. Period. End of story.

Plouffe and Jake (both of whom I like btw) were talking like a day or two ago about how people from Houston just don't like them and they wish they would give them a chance.

Then Tuve does his Tuve thing and Joez is on his twitter calling Altuve an m***** f'er and saying he hates him. It's like guys...c'mon. Houston people have good reason for not liking the Jomboy team.

Jake and Trevor do a good job, I like watching them. Jomboy's lip reading videos are awesome, and pretty fair generally. His best contribution to Talkin' Baseball is when he shuts up and let's Jake and Trevor talk.

I really like the Talkin' Baseball account. They have a good podcast discussing all things around the league. Joez is a moron and huge Yankee homer that doesn't try to hide it. Just avoid his stuff.

Talkin baseball is great. Also baseball today with Chris Rose and Plouffe

I like Jake and Plouffe a lot.

Joez and Jomboy (Jimmy) I only like watching when the Yankees lose or Astros win so I can hear them cry.

So let's update this.

He had 5 AB so he's passed up Posada and is #3 and is 5 PA away from Justice. He's getting 5 more because he's playing at least 2 more games.

Add another run scored and another hit. Inching closer to ManRam in hits.

4 more total bases. Up to 211.

HR #26. Inching closer again to ManRam AKA Mr Clomid.

Breggy has 53 RBI but got passed and Jose now has 54.

He is the greatest postseason player ever. EVER.
