I would go Framber in Game 6 with a short leash. If he looks like he's in trouble or something is off, get France or Brown in there to try and eat up 3-4 innings. Hopefully you pull out the win to either clinch or push it to Game 7. If it's Game 7, then you maybe still have Framber available in some capacity. Then in Game 7 that would give you CJ, Framber, and maybe even Urquidy available.JDUB08AG said:

I wouldn't call 6.1 inningss, 1 ER and 9Ks a "bad" outing.
Framber needs to have the shortest of leashes in G6 especially if we're up 3-2 and even more so if we're down 3-2. The first sign of trouble, like letting the first two hitters on in the first inning, we need HB or France warming upJDUB08AG said:

I wouldn't call his second hit last night (for an RBI knock) a slap...he blistered that ball into right center. I was off the boards last night because I went to a sports bar w some friends and watched the game here in Houston. I Was getting a drink at the bar and 2 Asian brothers from Canada are ordering drinks, they were down here for a family event just visiting. The one brother tells me his best friend is the head ump for our series w the Rangers. He said his ump buddy is from Canada in his early 40s and stays down here for 2 weeks at a time calling games before he heads home for a week or so during the season. Anyway, I think he said his buddy was the first base line ump last night.KCup17 said:

Not trying to be a wet blanket. Loved the win. But I felt some overmanaging going on last night from Dusty. Great move bringing in Neris in the 6th. When we went up by 5 runs in the top of the 7th, there was no reason to bring him back out with 2 more games coming in a row in a 7 game series.
When we went up by 4 runs in the top of the 8th, there was no reason to bring in Abreu. We ended up using our trio in a game that was honestly thoroughly dominated.
It all felt very Dave Roberts to me and completely unnecessary. Anyway, had to get that out.
