I've got so many different feels right now that I'm having trouble feeling anything.
-We've been here so many times now that we've been in this situation before. I think we've been down 0-2 twice, and both of those series turned into 7 game thrillers (granted we lost both).
-I definitely still have hope, but part of me senses a replay of the 2018 Red Sox ALCS. Our 2018 team was better than this one, no doubt. But that was another team that never felt like a team of destiny and was leaking oil quickly as the playoffs wore on. And they ran into a hot team that simply outplayed us. Going back to back is really really hard, as the 2018 team found out and this team might be finding out.
-With all that said, I have absolutely no idea which Astros team is going to show up tomorrow and no idea what to expect the rest of the series. Just get to a game 5 with series tied 2-2 and see how the Rangers react to some adversity/pressure.

Better today. Still frustrated at coming so close yet not capitalizing on the multiple chances we were given. Also still PO'd I've had no response about why I was banned. No reply to my 2 inquiries about it yesterday.
Maybe Tuck needs a standing ovation like Turner.

Pretty much feel the same. Obviously game 3 is enormous. If we can go in there and win the first game in their house, I think the whole feeling about this series changes. It will put a ton of pressure on the Rangers to win game 4 - they do NOT want this series to be tied 2-2 and the momentum to squarely shift to the Stros.
Astros just need to nut up and play like champions. Lose game 3 and this thing is 99.99% over.

I feel great. I don't have to be stressed out by baseball today. i spent a bunch of time with my family last night and just enjoyed the moments. Won both my FFL matchups, the Texans are looking better, and even though it was preseason, it still felt good to watch the Rockets start the 4th quarter down 76-63 to the Spurs and beat the piss out of them with a 36-13 fourth quarter.
Tomorrow we'll kick the **** out of the Rangers at Home Depot, maybe go to Bed Bath and Beyond, but I'm not sure if we'll have time.

I feel like I did during the last week of the season. Odds are weren't not going to win the division (series), but its still a possibility that doesn't seem too farfetched. In this case, we don't need help from anyone else. We've seen this team persevere so many times. We've seen this team walk into Arlington down and come out feeling on top of the world.
Losing is one of my most hated feelings in the world so these 2 games sucked, but I have a weird calm about things moving forward. I'll believe we're done when someone else is spraying champagne in the locker room. Until then, I believe we can win this.

His error and Heim's HR cost us the game yesterday. Hits happen, but his ability to limit damage when it's not going well is a problem right now at the worst possible time. Plenty blame to go around, but he is expected to pitch better and put his team in position to win. Hopefully the bats get going tomorrow.
I hope the poster who posted several days ago about "happpy just to be here", "we've had a good run", etc crap is sleeping well at night. *******
