Rangers look like a hot team right now, but at this point we just need to get one more win and then worry about that next, Twins are not just going to roll over. Gotta give the Rangers credit, they are a hot team at the plate.

After not pitching at all for 5 weeks? The last time they trotted a guy out after that long with no rehab starts didn't go so well.

We've seen scherzer go from barely able to move to completely dominant before. He must have gotten another one of those magic shots.

Notice that Nervis got up today but wasn't brought in. Hopefully he shtt out whatever virus got ahold of him in game 1. Gonna need him.

Big appearance by Brother Phil, he's come a long way from losing a fight with his locker for a playoff roster spot.

Abreu. Lethal. Actually both Abreus were today.

Brown's appearance could've gone worse.

Didn't have to use Pressly and hey, Montero didn't give up any runs.

I thought brown pitched pretty dang well. He was sitting the corner but blue was squeezing the hell to of him.

Yeah, I was worried this was where not having Graveman would hurt until the lead grew, but Brown-Maton-Montero with Abreu not throwing that many either in a comfortable win is a best case scenario. You'd think he can go tomorrow if needed and Neris and Pressly are fresh.

With Thursday off regardless, I think Neris will get an inning no matter the score. He hasn't pitched since his bad outing on Saturday.

Abreu has become the panic button lately, much like Will Harris in 2019, so I see him as available at any time. Pressly won't pitch except the 9th up by 4, perhaps stretch it to 5 run lead to lock it down.

France should be ready for long relief, or to get an inning like HB did today.

Berkman was a monster in the playoffs, he never got the hype, and his greatest moments were overshadowed, but he was always a bright spot. It's surprising to see him at the top, but not that he's on there.

Looks like Leclerc is the only reliever they can really trust right now. If the Stros get that far, it's really as simple as not letting all their starters go 6-7 innings.
