• Correa: Because he used to play for us.

• Buxton: Except he's also hurt and not on the playoff roster.
• Sonny Gray: Because I think I had him in Fantasy Baseball one time when he was with the Reds,

And that appears to be it! I thought I knew a few others guys, but that's the 49-year-old brain confusing yesterday with today. Donovan Solano probably isn't Julio Solano's son, Royce Lewis isn't Royce Clayton, and Max Kepler isn't Gabe Kapler.

Who the heck are these guys? Their 1B hit .282, but only 5 HR and is 35 years old? Their gest offensive player is a 24-year-old 3B who only played in 58 games? They only had 2 guys win 11 games and nobody any higher?

I mean, we're going to slaughter this team, right?

Props to Arlington for rebounding and taking the series from Tampa. Nice series for them.

Now, how do they match up with Baltimore? Is the AL that good, or are they paper tigers (cough, cough, Tampa...)?

If we can take care of MN, who do we want? Playoffs is often about the hot team, and that can often be one of the wild card teams. I do not think MN will be an easy series; hope we can hit.

If we get past MN, I think we match up better with Arlington than Baltimore, and would get home field (yikes...lol). But anything can happen in the playoffs. We could potentially have won the battle (AL West) and lose the war (World Series).
