Count me out for wanting the Braves, they are stupid good and I'd like to see them get knocked out before the WS
If we are fortunate to return to the WS and face the Braves -- so be it. But I damn sure wouldn't pick the 2023 instantiation of the Braves if I had my druthers.

It's still kind of hard to believe how the NL played out last year. Three 100+ win teams and none of them made the LCS.
The 2023 Astros have proven they can sweep the best teams in baseball , while also proving they can get swept by some of the worst teams.
I have no idea if they get kicked in the first round or go back to back WS champs. Whatever happens, it should be an interesting ride.

After 2019 it doesn't matter if you had a great regular season, that was the conclusion.

I'm just sitting here thinking how today ended up and how big it is. Not only from a bracket standpoint but from a morale and confidence booster.

Obviously the goal is alway win the WS, but it would also be pretty awesome to make our 7th consecutive League Championship Series, just one behind the all time dynasty record (held by the 90's Braves)

With all the injuries, hot and cold streaks and terrible home record, schizo pitching and pen, I have low expectations. Which means I'll just sit back and enjoy whatever happens.

Why isnt souza eligible for post season roster? Because he we claimed off Waivers too late in the year?
