They play the Jays after that, which is fun because there will be a good outcome for the Stros either way.

Seattle could finish this road trip going 0-5 or 1-4 at Cincy for 1 more and then 4 at Tampa. This would open the door to building a few game lead and keeping the rangers and Seattle close to each other.

Our dream scenario of course is to have a 6.5 game lead over Texas and 7.5 game lead over Seattle entering the final week. We would have the division clinched if this happens.

We could go 13-3 while they both go 8-9 over the next 18 days and we clinch before the final week. Not likely but neither is 3 homers in 3 innings.

Honestly I would expect the same line up as last night considering it's JV day (Maldy personal catcher and Dubon personal CF), but not sure we've played back to back lineups this entire season.

Dusty needs to go for the sweep today. Rangers have 3 against the A's next so we don't want to give them back a game today.

Dubon in Cf, Maldy catching… whatever that's fine. But the other 7 guys need to be our quality bats. No singleton, no Meyers, etc.

Possibly most important series of the year for both the Rangers and Blue Jays next weekend. On the road? I'll take blue jays 3/4

Also the mariners have the Rays this weekend, and Dodgers the following weekend
