So if the formula all year with a lead has been Abreu in the 8th and Pressly in the 9th…. Why did Neris get the 8th?

He wasn't sharp. He had thrown 70 pitches in 3 innings. I wasn't upset Neris got the 8th. Neris just didn't keep guys off base.

If he would have been sharp and kept guys off the bases, I think he would have gone further. Just wasn't sharp.
