It sounds like José Urquidy is on a very similar pitch count/workload today to what Nestor Cortes was on yesterday. There is a possibility J.P. France comes in and piggybacks him, but Dusty Baker said the game situation will dictate that

Urquidy has a very good ERA in Yankee stadium. 1.29
I don't see this as a constant move and no one has said that it is. I believe this is the best way to use all 6 starters while giving some down time.
Next time through have Jose do the same with brown, then Javier. Basically constantly rotate those guys and let the horses keep on their schedule

I am not sure that is true. Sticking him in the largest LF by far is probably a poor idea.
Jeremy Peña's OPS is .666 for the season. In the last month (24 games since July 6), he’s slashing .196/.275/.228 (.503 OPS) with three extra-base hits (all doubles).

I'd rather make that sacrifice to get Diaz bat in the lineup than have Meyers/Julks/Dubon and Maldonado back to back 2/3 games
Also how much work would he get in left with Framber and Brown on the mound? Both ground ball pitchers
