If I'm a Ranger fan I love potentially not facing the best hitter in the league until the 2nd inning and the hottest hitter in the league (and bona fide Ranger killer) until the 3rd inning.

Seriously, one of our coldest hitters will end up with more at bats than the best and hottest hitters in the league but I guess that's just fan stuff, right Donkey?

Not like Malady did not have a hell of a game last night. If anyone else in the team had such a night and was not in the lineup the next day there would be much weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth here. That being said, I personally like to see Diaz get more time in the bucket.

With Altuve and Yordan activated and playing, I don't ever want to see Meyers getting a critical AB anymore. There's no room in the lineup for him. Peña needs to see the bench in favor of Dubon. And Chas better not sit.

It's not like Dubon is all that much better. I would care a little less if they were hitting in the 8 or 9 hole like they should though.
