Certain guys are flailing at the ball early with no chance to connect or if they do it's a terrible swing … others are watching pitches over the middle.

Not sure what the solution is but it's frustrating to watch

It is not embarrassing or even any synonym. Aggravating, infuriating, exasperating, baffling, exacerbating, etc. I'll buy these but it dumbfounds me how many here get embarrassed over something you can't control.
