I haven't listened to the whole podcast, but is he saying that Dusty has changed his mind on Chas as an everyday CF compared to Spring?

No, he is saying that it is not a secret around the clubhouse that Dusty does not like Chas and has been this way for a while. He referenced the spring story as an example of how Dusty went out of his way to talk bad about Chas, which is out of character for Dusty. He did not get into details about other incidents but clearly there are multiple things that have happened and did not give any explanation as to why Dusty does not like Chas.

Ultimately this just proves Dusty is not a professional when it comes to managing and let's personal feelings get in the way of doing what is best for the team and organization. The irony is that Chas had several clutch moments in the postseason (and not only the catch) and provided much needed production at the bottom of the lineup, and without him, Dusty might not have his only ring.

I dunno wth Chas could have done to deserve this treatment. He has some of the best hitting and fielding stats on this team and comparable to some of the best in baseball at that position.

I think a lot of it stems from click taking away straw from him who he loved and forcing him to play chas. I remember last year on the day of the deadline, dusty went on the radio about 90 minutes before the deadline and openly advocated for trading for a center fielder. The personal vendetta just makes him look petty, but of course he doesn't care.
