Last time Altuve led off was June 2. Being in the 2 hole he 7/33 with OPS of .532 versus an OPS of .888 leading off this year. He has a BAbip of .380 leading off versus .207 in the 2 hole.

I don't have to be Farmer to understand this stuff. And when we score 2+ runs today this will be considered a successful experiment by Dusty as some sort of spark.

This is the only reason Julks plays. It's absolutely Dusty trying to give an A-A every opportunity to play at the MLB level despite having a diverse roster of guys who are way more talented than Julks is.
