Thanks for the responses. We've been to Truth is Brenham ans it was solid. Might roll with Pinkerton's, how are the sides there ( asking for the wife, of course ) ?

he's a free agent at the end of the year.

the Rays read the tea leaves correctly on him. The Padres did not.

Thats strange because the handful of times I've been to pinkertons the brisket is just fine. The ribs are what stands out. With or without the candy paint.

I live in the Heights and Truth is my go to. Only consideration is the wait in line can be 30 minutes ++

Building around young cheap players rather than mega-contract players definitely helped the Astros sustain for a while. It's hard to stay disciplined to that approach.

Don't need any lingering issues, so I am good with keeping Dubon with consistent ABs while Altuve fully recovers. Hope it isn't something that takes too long, but the timing is not horrible.

They don't open doors until 11:00am. If you're line by 11:00 you should be sitting down with your food in 15-20 minutes.

Lefty starter vs our right handed bats is fine. Chas, Meyers, Pena, and even Dubn turn into killers.

Yeah, I think we'll be fine in all honesty. Everyone in the lineup except for Peña has good career numbers vs. Sandoval…but you have to admit this is a horrific lineup. And it definitely turns into a pumpkin sometime around (hopefully) the 5th inning, when we see right-handed relievers the rest of the way.
