Uncle Mike update. He sat out Wednesday's game and last night went 0 for 3 with a walk. Pop up, fly out and K. After his 4th plate appearance he was taken out of the game. Good thing the Astros have the luxury of taking things slow with him, but sure will be good to see him back in the lineup.

Let's admit what these are. An alternate uni that's designed to see merchandise. That top will sell. In that sense it's successful. Our top sells. So do the caps. It's successful. If any of these sell it's successful.

And like the spurs that it mentions were a minor league team in the are for like 5 years

The Rangers issue is they can't really connect to a city. Or of they did it would have to connect to Dallas, FW and Arlington all at once and then it's a hodgepodge. So they chose to ignore the city completely and go with "local baseball".
