Also, if the umps just ejected dudes on the spot without letting them wash hands first this would stop. How many pitchers every single day use rosin, get sweaty and don't get told to go wash their hands b/c it's not too sticky?

Going to be interesting to see the umpire crew for the ATL/HOU series. After the German and Scherzer incidents, I have a feeling MLB/Umps may make some sort of point of emphasis. If it's Phil Cuzzi and crew, I'm going to be interested to see how Framber's Saturday night start goes, especially if he's rolling.

When there was a crackdown his spin rate dropped and stayed down. His curveball spin (monthly avg) was 2900-3000 and now it's more like 2800 and even dipped below that one month. It did jump a little in the postseason though.

Seems like they need to have more evidence than it feels more sticky than any other hand this season and it was stickier in the 4th than the 2nd to level a 10 game suspension.

In my opinion, they need to do an analysis on the glove to determine if there was more than rosin in there.

Is this "in their prime" for each? The best of what those guys had, or the average of who they were overall? As an example, I always thought Mussina was a horse... like Jack Morris. They were very good pitchers when then didn't have their best stuff.

I like Farmer's selection. I would just take Mussina over ZG.
