The best thing Dubin can do at this point is keep the pitches per inning low and get through 5 and not destroy the bullpen.

Heaney had a 20-pitch first and this lineup needed all of two innings to put him back on a seven-inning pace.

It's so bad I wouldn't mind just seeing every position and place in the order blown up.
