If they were trying their best and still losing, fine, but this is some of the fundamentally worst baseball I've seen in a long time in the playoffs. Stranding runners at third base with one out, first pitch swinging, trash pitch swinging, all combined with hot garbage pitching in the clutch.
Only had to win one of two at home, and they couldn't be bothered to show up for either one.

So here's a question? Did we actually play our way into the playoffs the last month of the season or did we back in? Yeah we closed on a run the last week, but the only reason we made it was because Texas and Seattle **** the bed just as bad as we did.
Based on this, continuing our ALCS streak is quite an unexpected accomplishment and something to be proud of.
We've got a lot to fix this off-season because I have a feeling Texas and Seattle are going over 90 next season. Need to regroup with a new manager, a new catcher behind the dish, and some guys need to get back into form or making the postseason next year is a real question.
Backed in but once they won the ALDS I had hopes they had shaken the **** off. I didn't think they would make it through a Wild Card & ALDS series, so I guess that was still probably accurate. Just too many holes to string that many series together.

Every year someone over manages and sh/ts the bed. With our starter only going 0.1 innings, Dusty uses Maton for 8 pitches, he was dealing so of course Dusty goes to the pen. Brings in HB, a starter with plenty of length, and he goes 2 innings and 30 pitches. So of course, Dusty goes to the pen. Now we gotta ask Abreu, Urquidy, Presley, to cover the remaining 5 innings or go to Montero, Stanek, Blanco.
It feels like it's been way more than 3.5 innings…
