Abreu had just walked a guy on 4 pitches. He clearly didn't have his control. And if you're going to hit a guy you cancel that when the other batter gets on first. It's not like we can't get him next year.

But even if we did throw at him, if you show up a hall of famer like that in the mlb, you're going to get hit. Rangers fans don't know that because they just discovered this sport about 2 months ago. Remember our series with the Braves in 04. Beltran was torching them. Finally, the Braves threw a pitch into Beltrans side. No hissy fit was thrown and the game continued. But Clemons was pitching for the Astros and everyone assumed he would retaliate.
