A few thoughts:

1) Ms are gonna try harder than you think... these guys may not have the juice or urgency, but none of these guys want to Eff up their numbers. Also, there has to be something in them that says they want to be the one to dethrone us, not the Rangers

2) Dbacks literally have nothing to play for and may prefer the 6 seed over the 5 seed. Just like the Ms, don't think they intentionally try to lose.

3) We scored a total of 3 runs in these 2 games and came away with 2 dubs. Wow!

4) For all the **** given to Dusty and Maldy this year (deserved), props to Maldy coming up nails defensively in the 8th and 9th inning. Props to Abreu showing why he belongs in the 5 hole this series, and props to the pitching for turning it around for these last few wins!

Let's go win the whole damn thing!!!

Only team in AL that really concerns me is Tampa.

Yes all potential opponents are threats but that's the one I'd rather have in the 'other' bracket and push a potential meeting to the ALCS

Astros still have enough of the major ingredients for postseason success: starting pitching and elite back end of the bullpen.

Two-fold

Servais is that much of a POS to have the team do it
Arizona doesn't have anything to play for either, so are we going to get a good game from them? Or will they mail it in also?

I just want good games to finish it out, not teams putting out minimal effort. It's been a great season, I hope it ends that way.
