Probably more of an off day discussion but I'm curious of what the organization's future plan is for 1B.

Clifford is a Met, Diaz is the catcher of the future, Yordan and Tucker aren't options, and I doubt they're banking on Big Bad Jon long term.

Tomorrow's starter for the Angels, Chase Silseth, has had a string of recent good starts. Just FYI that this probably won't be a 11-3 type game, at least while he's in.
Astros saw Silseth on June 2nd in a 6-2 win at MMP when he pitched in relief.

Dusty seems to have settled on maintaining Alvarez and Tucker at 3 and 4 in the batting order. So far that configuration is 6-1 in the last 7 games it's been used: the Friday and Sunday games of last weekend's series versus the Yankees, through the Orioles series, and the first two of the Angels series.
Feels like this needs to be used the rest of the way while there's something to play for. I've seen the postgame quote about Altuve DH'ing tomorrow so of course he'll not use it tomorrow.
