Wtf …. I was hoping to give Dusty the benefit of the doubt but Pena and Alvarez back to 2 & 5 is inexcusable

I'm not even upset about Kessinger being in. I'd rather see Diaz at 1B but that is what it is.

At this point Dusty has to be trolling everybody putting Yordan back at 5 and Pena at 2

If he keeps the same 2-5 as last night, and then Kessinger, Dubon and Maldy play… I could live with that. But seeing something work and then throwing it all out is essentially the same as Sumlin being like "we're up 38-10 on ucla running the ball…. Might as well throw it 30 times now"

Can anyone actually explain to me why that lineup is remotely acceptable? And why Dusty shouldn't be raked over the coals for it?

I'm fairly confident (I stopped playing baseball in high school) that baseball players like consistency. I get giving days off as it's a long season. But Dusty puts lineups out there like he's at the ****ing bingo hall. Just dumps all the guys names in one of those basket things and let 'er rip.

Baseball players just want to know that 90% of the time they'll be playing a certain position and hitting in a certain location. It's not that ****ing hard to do.
