In fact, he's been antagonistic towards the victim and any media who dares to publish something that paints him in a negative light (to the point of harassment). He's a PR time bomb. He's toxic. Sure they could try and trade him, but even if they find a team with a low enough moral standard, they will have to pay most of his salary to get rid of him. They would get next to nothing in return. Might as well just cut him and let him be someone else's problem.
