I think $500m is far too conservative of an opening offer for anyone who is gonna get him. He might get close to $600m

If we were looking at the astros as fans of another team, there would be pretty significant expectations of a drop off. Best pitcher gone, team leader out 2 months, best hitter has barely hit in spring training, left fielder might not be ready for openingday, young stud pitcher not doing that great and now missing a start, it's a lot of potential negatives all at once.

I ended up ordering one online. I looks like the '22 hat has the champions patch sewn in(?), whereas the '17 was a rubber material glued on.

Lately w/ New Era I have to try them on first. Typically a 7 5/8 but the sizing has been odd. The hats are pretty sweet though. I will definitely try and swing by the team store and grab one next Thursday.

On a related note: the jerseys were kind of underwhelming to me. Saw some of the video reveals including Bun B and I wasn't all that impressed. Maybe seeing it in hand will change my mind
