Remember last year? Remember finishing April near or at the bottom of the division and everyone on this board was flipping out? I understand Dusty is making some odd decisions but I liked that he put Pena in the leadoff role, I think he could flourish there as the season goes on.

Remember everyone, we won't win every game and baseball is a marathon not a sprint.

I'm not worried at this point about us making the playoffs. I will say the one thing that is going to be stressful is the division is going to be pretty tough. I actually do believe the Angels and Mariners are playoff caliber teams this year.

The one thing that would really stop us is if some of the older guys don't turn it on this season like they did last year.

If by June 1 some of the guys are still really struggling and we are hovering at or below .500. Then it is time to panic

We were 14-12 at the end of April last year. 1.5 games out of first.

I ordered a t-shirt off the MLB shop and it originally said it would ship in June however I got an email today saying it already was on its way. Yours might end up getting shipped early.

Two excellent baseball fights today in the minors/Juco. A batter sucker punches a pitcher then pitcher attacks a random person near him. Then a pitcher form tackles a showboating homer hitter. Self regulating sport if you let it be!
