Looks like it. Honestly as ****ed up as the first two innings were, if he gets settled in, we still got a shot. We beat up on Nola and Wheeler. No reason our bats can't do the same to this joker.

I think the leg kick/glove difference is only out of the stretch. But that doesn't change the oddity of Bohm and Marsh (horrendous hitters) hitting homers off him in the 2nd

exactly, and the other 2 homers were out of the wind up. I'm sorry lance threw 3 meatballs and was punished. They haven't touched him outside of those three pitches. He's already got 5 Al's and no other ball has left the infield

And likely means he's changing his timing to the plate to protect stolen bases

Disagree. If our offense looked like it was ready to score, then I would say pull LMJ. However, right now the offense is lost. Best to let LMJ wear this one and save as much if the bullpen as we can. It doesn't matter if you lose 4-0 or 8-0. Still just one loss.

If the offense wakes up soon, then manage to win.

Yep. Way too much bleeding and over thinking on this thread. His bad pitches are hanging all over the plate. That's it and that's all. He has 5 K's in 2 2/3 IP. A guy doing that isn't tipping.


I mean, that's not all. If you know what's coming and he leaves it over the middle of the plate, a homeless man hits a HR.

If you don't know what's coming and it hangs over the middle of plate, crapshoot based on hitters timing.

There is a difference. Bottom line, we got 4 in the hole on something that should have been caught by dugout and something we'd be crucified for doing.
