I just wanna give a big shout out and thank you to one Gary Sanchez.

He's an awful catcher and the pass ball he allowed ended up being a difference maker.

That combined with his sub .100 postseason BA is doing wonders for the good guys!

Hopefully, the guys get it figured out in game 4.

A lot of talking heads like to bring up we lost all 3 games up there in 2017. Mad Dog Russo has been banging the drum the loudest. Called this series over in 5. Then again, I hope he's onto something with that prediction.

Should have had another passed ball but he got incredibly lucky that it hit the ump.


Y'all remember his catching woes at the plate and all the runs we scored and games we won in the 2017 ALCS solely because he couldn't make a play at the plate?

the nats look dangerous right now. i guess on the bright side, they win tonight then will have to sit for a few days...maybe that will stop their momentum.

The base running in that run down was brilliant but watching replay on the last toss over George's Head he could've barreled his way home - everyone else was on base by then.

I had to drive to San Angelo this afternoon for a hearing in Garden City tomorrow morning. Alas, I got to the hotel in time to see the ninth inning. Fortunately I was able to listen to the game for the whole trip.
Tonight's celebratory beverage is a Zero One Mother Earth IPA.

The nats offense has always seemed very streaky. They'll look unstoppable, and then a few nights later they can't buy a run for a few games.

So much this - Astros are up 2-1 with Greinke getting a C, Verlander B+, Cole A-
Other than Springers homer Sunday he still hasn't hit, YA hasn't either.
A lot to look forward to when we start playing like we did in September.

I am hoping this is just a strategy to wear down there pitchers for a long series. We've been taking way too many pitchers. Walks are great, but I feel like a walk to Bregman is almost a win for the Yankees.

Whoever wins the ALCS is winning it all. Nats are good but AL is significantly better IMO.

They're having an identical run to the 2015 mets so far:
Won Game 5 NLDS @Dodgers to advance
Swept the Cubs in the NLCS
Lost to the Royals 4-1 in the WS
