Who cares if he's the strike out leader when your job is to not get runs across the plate.
Not impressed with Cole this year, been much more impressed with Wade Miley despite the much lower K rate
Cole has pretty much the same xwoba as JV and is sporting a ridiculous xfip of 2.36. Buy stock in Cole's 2nd half.

I'm going to disagree. He was unlucky. His fastball stats show he was effective early too.AggiEE said:Farmer1906 said:Farmer1906 said:AggiEE said:

To be fair, back when he was sporting a 4 something ERA he wasn't very impressive. His fastball location wasn't very good leading to tons of HRs
Obviously I'm thrilled he's turned it around.

On the Greinke trade topic, who are the teams we could legitimately trade him to? There can't be that many that could absorb his contract.
After he goes 4-0 this postseason with a 0.75 ERA
No one will be dreaming of trading him
Good job Zack. Back on track with only 12 pitches needed that inning. Trending back in the right direction. Keep it up.bearkatag15 said:Needed 14 this inning... clearly regressing. Get back on your game Zackbearkatag15 said:
Zack had to work a little extra in that inning. Needed 13 pitches to get the 3 outs. Do better Zack...
Yep. Servais is a ****ing tool. Nothing was about the pitch. All about disrupting rhythm. Bush league.Farmer1906 said:
This is complete BS. He's doing this to throw him.
Well needed 13 again this inning. You are laboring a bit Zack. You are better than this.bearkatag15 said:Good job Zack. Back on track with only 12 pitches needed that inning.
