Looks like magic number is 3 for home field overall. We are currently up on LA by 2 games with 5 to play. LA's max win total is 106, so 3 wins get us to that number and we hold the tiebreaker over LA.

Since we didn't play LA in regular season, tiebreaker is better divisional record. LA has already lost 25 games to NL west teams. We have lost 19 to AL west teams, so then going 5-0 would keep them at 25 losses, us going 3-2 would have us at 21 losses. So we have tiebreaker.

You're talking about 20 ABs. Everyone goes 2-20 at some point.

Brantley is 2 for his last 22 (left handed), btw.

the funniest thing I saw was on the Yankees subreddit I think. Somebody said Tucker looked like the generic create a player on MLB the show and I thought that was hilarious

He did everyone but Avg in 97 then he fell short 2x for doubles. He could have had it all in 94 if not for the injury/shortened season.
