I'm not sure I get this. Lynn is one of their trade pieces and they are going to throw him 120 pitches a week before the deadline. Anyone wanting him would have to wonder about that. That's unnecessary wear and tear. Maybe that's a sign that Daniels refuses to admit reality.

Harris and his sub-2.00 ERA? I can't specifically recall many of his recent appearances, but that's either a very short definition of "lately" or an unusual use of the word "extra."

I also remember Harris just not being as "sharp". His outings have had more traffic.

That being said, I think him getting out of the inning with 0 runs scoring is important for his confidence.

Okay, that's pretty bad. I think "extra bad" is a little harsh, but I no longer object in principle.

Look at his postseason record...it's horrific. Do not want, and I'm not sure any contending team would either.

His almost 120 pitches today seems to be a bit of the Scherzer syndrome..."my bullpen is terrible, this game is still in reach, I'm not putting this game in their hands".

Ok, clarification: multiple runs. Tighter situations he seems to bear down, instead of pitching like he has a cushion to work with.
