He's an older Tyler White. Not shocking at all that he didn't sign anywhere. Teams are clamoring for positionless career .240 hitters that have shown a clear decline in performance over the last 3 seasons.

He would not be one of their best hitters.
Gattis career OPS is .775.

Rangers catcher OPS is .528 & DH is .762.

I think he might help them.

Believe it or not but the Rangers have the 3rd best OPS in the league.

Their pitching is bad but their offense is legit.

The problem with Gattis to the Rangers is that their two best healthy hitters are already both old DHs.

There are plenty of other teams that could use him though.

OK "best hitters" was too strong but he would definitely help them and many other teams & I'm surprised he hasn't been signed.

Maybe he is desperate enough to take that, but that would be less than the prorated version of the QO and it seems like he would have gone for that by now.

I need to sell 2 tickets for the June 12 game vs the Brewers. It is Springer's Thumbs up bobblehead night. The tickets were purchased through the Gametime App so I can transfer them to you through that app. They are Section 311 Row 2. If I can get $80 for the pair I'd be happy.
