I know, but I would still like to see it happen. Baseballnis an international sport. I'd love to see MLB spread throughout North America.

There are cities that do a good job of supporting their minor league teams and if SA wants a MLB team they need to prove to the owners that it can be a baseball city to overcome the strong opposition that the Astros & Rangers will have against another MLB in the state.

Is wells by any chance the guy on baseball tonight on the MLB network?

I think the James injury may be a blessing in disguise. Limits him out of the gate this year and hopefully he will be fresh for October and we can use him as a swing starter/reliever to shut down the damn Yanks and Sox.

I'm thinking Brady Rodgers uses this chance to step up.

I slightly miss playing the Cubs and Cardinals more often, but couldn't give any craps about the Brewers, Reds or Pirates. The thing is those teams don't care about us, so I feel like it was very much a 1 way rivalry.

As for west coast games, we only have like 20 games on the west coast for division games. I dont feel like its a huge change since we no longer play the padres, dodgers, or giants annually so we lose those west coast series off the schedule.

All of the best things to ever happen to our organization have happened since we made the move to the AL, including getting rid of our old uniforms.

I think it's also a blessing for Boras and Keuchel. Be interesting to see if your offer (if one exists) just went up.

I don't think there is an offer. I think between Cole, Verlander, McHugh, Miley, and about 10 guys competing for the last spot you feel comfortable moving forward. While Whitley, Martin, Josh, and JB aren't ready to start day 1, they very well could be in June-July. I wouldn't be shocked if 2 of them are in the rotation by Sept.

i think reddit sometimes links to mlb.tv streams, but i'm not sure. The game is acutally on ATT SW if you have a tv provider that allows you to watch on your phone.
