Gallo seems to have some sort of minor injury situation going on. Would be nice to be able to sit him for at least 3-4 days straight to recharge. Let Profar cover his spot
Hernandez was promoted to AA Frisco. He is 1st game was the day I originally posted those numbers.DallasAg 94 said:

I can confirm that odor is still the everyday second basemen.

I guess I'm not so stoked about Elvis coming back anymore.
I can live with that. At least they're giving Profar a fair shake. Profar is outplaying Odor by a substantial margin this year.gigem1223 said:
JD said they're likely to rotate Profar and IKF in to spell AB, Odor, Elvis and Chirinos. Said IKF will be the secondary catcher to Chirinos and that Profar and Odor will likely both play about 5 games/ week.
Need to root for Profar to keep outplaying odor so they can't pull a fast one.MSFC Aggie said:
Ya....if they significantly play Odor over Profar, I'm officially done with this management team.

I think they'd love nothing more than to put odor in everyday and make Profar ride the pine, but they don't want to look stupid and suffer the fan backlash by doing so.
Nobody seems to agree with me, but from what I've seen the last 2 years, Odor is not going to get fixed at the major league level. He needs to go down to triple A and work on many aspects of his game.gigem1223 said:Grapesoda2525 said:Need to root for Profar to keep outplaying odor so they can't pull a fast one.MSFC Aggie said:

Why would you root for one player to outplay another player on the team you root for? Especially when one has a contract that can significantly handicap the team if he doesn't perform. Best case scenario for the team is for both Odor and Profar to play great, trade Elvis and Beltre at the deadline, then plug in Pro at SS and IKF at 3B.
Because he isn't a Rangers fan. He is an Astros troll who is a sock of Astros4545. He doesn't like Odor and every post he makes is designed to dig at Odor and try to stir up Rangers fan animosity against him.gigem1223 said:Grapesoda2525 said:Need to root for Profar to keep outplaying odor so they can't pull a fast one.MSFC Aggie said:

He has softened his approach since I asked the Mods to deal with him, yet he can't help himself and continues to come here to post, as if he were a Rangers fan.

I don't know what a "tears thread" is... You have a ton of blue stars, I'm guessing because you post on the Premium Board.Grapesoda2525 said:You're wrong.DallasAg 94 said:Because he isn't a Rangers fan. Check out my posting history. I spend more time on the tears thread than anywhere else and I have a ton of blue stars.
This isn't a throw away / troll account.

Kauffman Stadium is a great place to watch a game. Haven't been since the latest renovation but I'm sure it's still great.
People get mad at me, but I wouldn't be saying it if Profar's Resume wasn't much better than odors_lefraud_ said:
Profar is 2nd in hits, 1st in doubles, 1st in triples, 3rd in rbi (1 behind Gallo), 770 OPS (odor 600) and oh yea, he hasn't been caught stealing this season (odor has 5!). Yea, let's sit Profar...
