I wouldn't want to risk $160mm on KD being good again after suffering a major injury at 32 years old and 1000 nba games. Same injury that basically ended the careers of Patrick Ewing, Isiah Thomas, Memo Okur, Kobe Bryant, Chauncey Billups, etc.

Does no one else see the humor in Kawhi going to the Lakers, an organization that has been one of the worst at managing players workloads over the years?

I just find it comical and that it is more validation that his injury management had less to do with his San Antonio exit than his desire to play in LA.
