Golden State had 68 at the end of first half in Game 4 and on pace to score about that in this game.

Difference is Cleveland had 49 points at end of the first quarter in Game 4 and with now about 3 minutes left in half have hit that mark.

That historical scoring binge by Cleveland in Game 4 was always very unlikely to travel to Oakland for another consecutive game. And the Cavs gotta basically score at least 115+ or they are done.

Cleveland is only down by 11 at the half. They still are in reach after a couple lucky shots at the end.

The first 5-6 minutes of 3rd quarter are going to be super critical whether the rest of this game is that interesting. If Golden State is able to come out and go on a run in those first few minutes pushing the lead out to 20+ then yeah at that point game over.

That makeout session is exactly what the Cavs needed to slow down the momentum. GS was looking to run them right out of the gym. That kept them in it. We'll see what happens in the second half. Still anyone's game.

Cleveland shooting 55% from 3. If that slips they will get blown out. If they keep it up I wonder if the warriors show some nerves.

With as many ridiculous offensive threats as there are, it's going to generate opportunities. There's a lot more help defense available against a regular team. these make you pay when help comes.
