I've been a Warriors fans from back when they had Nate Thurmond as the post, so I'm very biased. But the long time Warriors fans have paid their suffering dues over the years, from getting used on the trade that sent Robert Parrish and the pick for Kevin McHale for the right to draft Joe Barry Carroll. Then after years of sucking, they started to be competitive only to have Latrell Sprewell choke the coach.

I have no dog in this fight but this has been very entertaining.

Concerning gs being cocky, isn't this the same okc team that laughed at curry, called Cuban "a idiot," etc?

I won't argue that gs talks trash but okc seems just as guilty. But they were much more vocal 4 days ago.

The Warriors also had the 4th highest average ticket price in the league this season, up almost 70% from last season. Prices will surely continue to increase as they continue to compete for titles and eventually move across the bay to San Francisco. Thus, it should be no surprise that they draw a fan base of techies and other high net worth individuals (poker pro Phil Hellmuth has floor seats).

They both will sign a one year deal and then sign a max deal once the cap goes up.

If you go back and watch the 4th, and then read the play by play of it, basiically Durant could not buy a basket, and with about 4 minutes left Westbrook decided he had to win it..and turned it over 3 out of 4 times.
