He's a better free throw shooter than Capela and Howard. Plus defender and rebounder. Decent offense with a chance to be solid player.

Objectively, how can you look at anything this guy has already done and say it's a good pick? Just from looking at some basic stats; He's a horrible FT shooter, undersized, fouls a lot in not a lot of minutes, and doesn't really get a ton of rebounds. The BPG isn't bad, but that's it.

He lead a very good UL team in rebounds & blocks. His per 40 numbers are solid. He shoots a good % and his scouting report says its more than just dunking like his teammate. He made a big jump from year 1 to year 2.

If you're looking at stats it looks great. He's not really undersized, especially with his length and shot blocking ability. His rebounding looks pretty damn good on the stat book.
