Gonna be an interesting year for the Spurs. For the first time in a long time they are bringing in a new guy who is expected to carry a substantial load right away. I think Richard Jefferson was the last guy that fell into that category.
Still need to find replacements for Bellinelli, Baynes (if West isn't coming), and presumably CuJo, so some work remains to be done. But the LA signing is gigantic for the franchise.
Summer league starts Tuesday. I wanna see if Livio-Charles looks like he may be a player some day. The minimal news reports I've seen on him aren't encouraging. Bertans might have taken Bonner's spot for the upcoming season if he hadn't blown out his knee, but he is at least a year away now.

Was the PHX banner even up for 24hrs?
It's a real treat to be a fan of one of the best run organizations in the history of sports. As long as RC Buford is in the back and Pop is roaming the sideline, the Spurs will be a 50+ win team and in the hunt for the title.
If we can snag West and don't have to ship anyone else off for salary cap reasons... Holy ****. This could be a 65+ win team that has a chance at going down as one of the all-time greats. I mean if those things go down, we will be substantially improved from a team that managed to win 55 games despite fighting injuries and juggling lineups all season long.
