I've heard rumors that Dalembert is not a great locker room guy. Talent wise he would be fine as a backup. I think I'd prefer O'neal though.

Great win tonight, Mavs!

That's a lot of minutes for the starters. Not much production from the bench. Really need the bench to step up at Denver tonight, or it could be ugly.

Parts of the bench looked pretty good today. But we are way to three happy sometimes. Harris, JJ, and Parsons were a combined 2-16 from three. That right there is why we lost, starters playing or not(Minus dirk, rondo, Tyson for the game plus monta after he started 1-11 and Rick benched him). When they attacked the basket better things happened(15-25 from two). I realize the ball movement was good at times at not all of those threes were bad shots, just seemed like too many were.

Other than that the bench looked good. Powell played well and showed some stuff. Need to pick up some wins here these next couple weeks, the end of January is tough.

Felton looks like garbage on the floor- only reason to start him is to bring both Devin and JJ off the bench

Good solid game tonight- vintage Dirk. Powell was Tyson's only backup and he shows a lot of hustle- he could really develop into a quality stretch 4/5 player. Parsons had a monster dunk, Aminu played a lot and showed some idiocy during transitions and with shot selections but he does rebound well. Everyone else pretty much played like they usually do, but a good win where the Mavs never trailed

I love Dirk.

Powell is showing a lot of promise. I didn't realize he could shoot so well.

Great win last night...did I hear correctly that this is our best start at the halfway mark in seven years?

Good win at Memphis!

A very hard-fought win. Defense was solid throughout, which they needed today. This might be just what the Mavs needed to realize to start playing elite throughout an entire game!

Great win today, boys!...just keep on winning so we can move up those standings!

30-13! Big game Friday vs the bulls!

Going to the Mavs-Rockets game next Wednesday. Can't wait. Although, it's the 2nd night of a back-to-back, so hopefully they're not too worn out (Memphis the night before).

The Bulls game was winnable- being out rebounded was negated by the turnovers/steals the Mavs had. But they missed easy finishes at the basket and made some bad shot selections- Rondo did it twice in the 4th, which it is suspected why he was sat and never came back in. They just about had it at the end, then Rose got his own offensive rebound to put it away. Arrrgh, but a good sign that they play a team like Chicago really tough, and won the first meeting

The last Mavs home game that Bennett officiated, him and Cuban at one point got into a friendly-unfriendly exchange. A bit underwhelming, but no doubt so long as those two are anywhere near each other on the court it will never end
