Did Ibaka extend his arm? Yes. But Splitter flopped back like he was hit by a truck. Ibaka did not push him that hard. He was pissed for not getting an earlier call (I agree) so he exaggerated the arm extension.

It was a good try by splitter. The nba owed him a makeup call from missing a call on his previous layup. He wanted them to make it right like the nba is notorious for. He forgot that the Spurs aren't going to get any calls tonight apparently.

Enhancing the contact that was there and should have been called. But the refs are letting Westbrook slap wrists and bailing OKC out constantly, so Spurs aren't going to get anything.
