Yeah, that makes no sense. If you are going to go 1 night without a game, why not Monday or Sunday night.

Isn't Thursday night one of the biggest nights for advertising, especially movies. That's why I thought they did NBA on TNT on Thursday's because it was their most profitable day of the week.

In following up some links from Bunk's post:

On Sept. 4 2007, Jupiter police and paramedics found Seth Tobias drowned in his pool. Medical examiners ruled he had a lethal mix of alcohol, cocaine and the sleeping pill Ambien in his system.

A five-month police investigation concluded there was no foul play, and prosecutors declined to pursue a criminal prosecution.


Tobias' brothers - Samuel, Spence, Scott and Joshua - accused his widow of murder in a civil battle to keep her from grabbing their late brother's $25 million fortune under Florida's "slayer statute."

The following year a probate court judge approved a settlement agreement between his widow and his brothers.

exactly WTF are the Bulls trying to accomplish with this bull****? Noah shoves Birdman for no reason after a foul. Then Mohamed wraps up james and hacks the **** out of him. Lebron "places" him down I guess for a technical, Mohammed then shoves James to the ground.

This is beyond ridiculous. The tech on James was weak too as he didn't even really shove him down.

Tech on James, Mohammed ejected.

Birdman's foul early on Nate where Noah over reacts was not dirty.

It's not real easy to cheer for the Bulls.

For that matter, its not real easy to cheer for any of those EC teams. Maybe, the Pacers because I haven't seen them that much.

Agree. Rose should feel like he gave this post season away. After the team got to the playoffs, won their first series, won a game in the second series, even 10 minutes per half would have done wonders for the Bulls.

If I was a Bulls player I wouldn't want that ***** playing at this point. The team has busted their ass and played very well without him. For Rose to come back it would take away the focus and praise that this team has deserved, and it would certainly weaken the chemistry

This game was there for the taking if Boozer and Robinson wouldn't have sucked so bad. No one played well but those two were especially brutal.

If Miami plays like this against San Antonio they will get drilled. Hell, if they play like this against the Pacers they may not even make the Finals.

play like they did tonight? meh, I don't buy that.

Wasn't a good game, but it's not like Indiana or San Antonio haven't looked like dog**** multiple times this playoffs either.

Miami blew a huge lead, took a double digit 2nd half deficit and still won to close the series out in 5. They were up 46 points in the 4th quarter of game 2, and swept the (albeit severely injured) Bulls on the road.

This is still very much Miami's playoffs to lose.

Although I will say I always enjoy the Indiana matchup because they provide things that don't match up well for Miami, so it should be interesting.

A Bulls team without Derrick Rose, Luol Deng, and Kirk Hinrich for the entire series. This should have been a sweep with no single digit wins. As it was, the Bulls won 1 game and very easily could have won 2 more. Color me unimpressed.

If Grizzlies/Spurs both end in 6 - Game 1 of West Finals (Sunday 2:30, ABC) - if GSW/Spurs goes 7 games - Game 1 would be Tues at 8pm.

I'm assuming that the Pacers/Heat series will either start Sat or Monday then.
