I'm just wondering why they couldn't zoom out a little more on his picture
No assistant with skins on the wall would take a job here with a lame duck coach, not surprised at all.Tyrannosaurus Ross said:
Wow. This could be even worse than I expected, and that was very bad.

No legitimate candidate is taking this job with a roster purged of talent and a dead coach walking.

So from what I'm gathering...here are the stats of the offseason additions
- 1 P4 transfer who is a 2 year starter
- 1 P4 transfer whose only appearances came in preseason as a freshman
- 5-6 transfers from non power 4 programs
- Hired Assistant Coach from non power 4 program
Thoughts?
If not, I have a podcast he can listen to.BQ_90 said:
I wonder if this guy knows the complicated gameplan of constantly kicking the ball back to the goalie esp when the defense folds, passing it to nobody and the offense scheme of launching the ball to Navasota.
oh boy that's bringing up some funny history hereCDub06 said:

Some things never change.
Checking out the soccer press releases at 12thman.com on two new transfers. Comments from G:
On Savannah Hutchins - "I expect her to have an immediate impact on our offense, making us more dangerous in attack." "She will help us compete on the national stage."
On Trinity Buchanan - "I expect her to make us immediately more dangerous in attack." "She will be able to compete on the national soccer stage."
Almost word for word. Said the same thing last year about transfers that for the most part sat on the bench, especially early in the season. This was talked about a LOT this past season. But with all the starters (except GK) either graduated or transferred we WILL have different starters. It will be a completely different team next season. Which brings up this: many on this thread have said over time that Phil ran the team (except the GK's). The new coach and Seth have worked together. I wonder if they will be 'allowed' to implement a new style. I tend to be an optimist but I am not holding my breath !!
