Yes really. They are all talented and we see flashes of brilliance but they also have wtf moments. Weston Mckennie has had his share of hothead moments as well wearing this jersey. Dest has proven he is a hot head you can't really trust to keep it together. That's on top of the existing pros/cons as a player. It's unfortunate but something you have to consider going forward
He is capable of making spectacular plays. He's also equally capable of turning his brain off on defense.
He's also capable of trying to do too much with the ball and bogging the offense down, but he's also capable of being a crucial part of a dangerous attack.
he's had way too many hot-headed moments that have cost us big time in his short career as an international. All of the above is true, but if he can't figure this part out he's gonna get supplanted eventually
Him getting sent off was completely reckless and stupid, but he's absolutely the best option going forward. I'm sure the team will have a massive talk with him, and not just the coaches

I watched Dest at Milan whenever he was in. I never saw a temper. He had two or three mistakes in big games but also showed well most of the time. I've seen tape of him training and his skills are insane. I didn't want Milan to send him out.
