I agree for the most part but there are occasions where the offside is uber clear and the AR let's the play run nonetheless...and one of these someone is going to sustain a major injury simply because the AR waited 30 seconds to raise his flag for a player who was 3 yards off.

I feel like most leagues are doing it this way now.
