I don't think that's it. I think it's because their skillsets are limited and doesn't fit in with the direction team is going in.Quote:
I suspect it's why we don't see Bundesliga starters like Pefok and Maloney anymore.

Maybe. Or at the very least, if you're looking at two fringe guys, you take the one who's got a better attitude and wants to be there. I do think Maloney is a better 6 than LDLT and others who were called up during Adams' absence.akm91 said:I don't think that's it. Pefok isn't as good as the other strikers, and he doesn't speak English or Spanish.akm91 said:I don't think that's it. I think it's because their skillsets are limited and doesn't fit in with the direction team is going in.Quote:

I'm interested mostly due to it being an early match as Poch finds his footing with this team.

Random thought that I had this morning. Is anyone aware of any Americans playing in league 1&2? I wondered how may there are that I've never heard of but wasn't too interested in digging through Wigan and Gillinghams rosters.

Not sure how credible this guy is. His Twitter was linked on ESPN with the news.

🚨 Per @cmdotcom: Milan have reportedly received “important calls” from Liverpool, Manchester United, and West Ham about Christian Pulisic. Club owners also now reportedly value him back up at €60M given his contributions to the club 👀 pic.twitter.com/zgQBqGE8z4

Can't agree more. But, it's his choice. He's never been one to shy away from challenges.fig96 said:
I'd rather see him stay, he's playing at the highest level of his career and is playing Champions League football. No reason to go get bogged down in another round of Premier League politics and stuck on a bench.

I really think Pulisic stays in Italy until he comes back to the US in his mid 30s.
Well that rumor about Pepi is 100% true.OregonAggie said:Rudyjax said:

I can believe this over the Pepi rumors. I hope CP just stays in Italy because his form has been incredible but I wouldn't blame him for wanting to prove to the world that he's good enough to impact the EPL. I would love to see him at Liverpool and Mo Salah's impending departure opens up a spot for sure.
Tomorrow night, Tim Ream will be playing at his hometown of St. Louis. So he was asked how many tickets has he gotten for friends and family.
