Did you not see the fan dressed as Lalas last night? Or the fans dressed as the characters from El Chavo Del Ocho at the Mexican v Jamaica game?Rudyjax said:
I still don't understand why TV thinks we want to see people in the stands, too.
Maybe it's just me.
Nope. I rarely pay attention to it. I guess it's just me. Carry on.aggiephoenix02 said:Did you not see the fan dressed as Lalas last night? Or the fans dressed as the characters from El Chavo Del Ocho at the Mexican v Jamaica game?Rudyjax said:

The fan shots during down times or celebrations is some of the best parts of watching the game on tv. It brings the atmosphere of the game home to the tv viewers…
Man I thought Ian Darke's was great and iconic. I've rewatched that play countless time.gougler08 said:

It's not sad. Sad is our lack of finishing last night.aggiephoenix02 said:

Oh Ian's is a great call, but I just love how ridiculous Cantor gets and just the pure passionLegal Custodian said:Man I thought Ian Darke's was great and iconic. I've rewatched that play countless time.gougler08 said:

I find it funny that Ian had his goal call (which is fantastic "Oh it's incredible! You cannot write a script like this!") but he left some silence for the color commentator right afterwards to talk and it started so robotic & low energy and you can tell he was about to explain the tactical build up in the play that Ian cuts him off and just goes bananas again with excitement about how great the moment was.
That's a play-by-play guy who gets it, just a fantastic call.

I also hate the close up like in that clip, or last night they did it twice when someone was pushing the ball down the line. LIke, show the other players and their runs and if there is a cross or not, etc.PatAg said:Rudyjax said:Nope. I rarely pay attention to it. I guess it's just me. As long as they aren't showing the crowd or replays while the ball is live. That's my biggest pet peeve

Clint looked like Pepi last night except the Bolivian goalie didn't give up a rebound like the Algerian goalie
Watching the replay right now. I saw it. That was hilarious.aggiephoenix02 said:Did you not see the fan dressed as Lalas last night? Or the fans dressed as the characters from El Chavo Del Ocho at the Mexican v Jamaica game?Rudyjax said:
