Mexico got a bunch of breaks from ref. And they dove a bit.

But that's the best behaved Mexican team I've seen in a long time. No major dirty play, I never heard the chant, and not many dives.

Other than the high boot from Hector Herrera, it's been pretty clean. For a change the Mexicans choked and it wasn't choking an opponent.

It was dangerous, but he was actually just trying to trap the ball. Credit to Williamson for being brave enough to stick his head up there and go for it. He knew he would probably catch a cleat to the temple doing it.

Robinson is man of match obviously. He got the game winner and played awesome defense.

Acosta and Zardes were both standing.

The work rate of Zardes is off the chart. I don't know if I've ever seen a forward run that much in a match. And he was still going after 120 minutes. Non-stop effort.

Acosta was brilliant at times. His set piece service was 10x better than we've seen. Quit looking. He needs to take all of our set pieces. Mexico picked on him because they recognized his importance. And he dished it out too.

AWESOME!

He has done an amazing job building the culture up, and credit to all those players for doing it too of course
