Becuase NFL is on tomorrow night. And they know that no one's watching the dumb ass Tulane and JMU games anyways. ESPN put the game at 11 to boost their own ratings because they know it will be the most watched college football game tomorrow.

Literally the opposite of eff ESPN this time.
