North Crowley never had country boys. It was originally a mix of rich kids and first time home buyers. Then the rich kids went to private school and the first time home buyers houses turned over.

Basically what I said. Mira Vista and Monarch Hills kids after the first few years moved to Trinity Valley, All Saints, and Southwest Christian. Then the first time home buyers of 1999-2005 moved to Aledo after Katrina and those neighborhoods haven't ever been the same.

Mira Vista kids weren't at NC when it opened. They were already at FWC, TV, and the likes. The only MV kids at NC were behavioral issues kids who got kicked out of too many private schools. Fwiw.

North Crowley benefits from open enrollment. The Crowley ISD website even advertises it. If you can find a ride to school, you can attend school there.

Beckville,Center, Tatum, Teneha, Timpson- guess Bussey didn't want to go, his Momma lived in Carthage I think. Some from Marshall, maybe Henderson. If your folks got a little money, can move to Carthage and commute to Longview- they had good baseball run few years back and folks flocked there. Maybe some kids from Louisiana.
But is that recruiting? That just sounds like parents choosing where their kids go to school. That goes on everywhere.

Now, I know for a fact that the coach had sex with a woman so that he could have a starting quarterback.

Yeah, sometimes it's just the effects of suburbanization. Also why we see new schools competing for titles in their first couple years of existence.
